We are CreaBeaStudio ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands at Godfried van Rhenenlaan 27, Vollenhove 8325EV.

We operate the website www.creabeastudio.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

CreaBeaStudio provides a service that enables users to upload photos, which are processed and converted into custom coloring pages. These files are delivered digitally for personal use.

By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

We accept payment via Lemon Squeezy and, where available, Payhip, depending on your region. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your selected payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to correct pricing errors even after payment has been made.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (but not limited to) attempting to defraud us or other users, circumventing security features, uploading malicious code, or using automated tools to access the Services. Specific to our Services:

If the Services allow you to submit content (e.g. reviews, comments), you represent that your contributions are original, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

The Parties agree to first attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days. Remaining disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration, in Dutch.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without notice.

18. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and assume no liability for errors, interruptions, or third-party content.

19. Limitations of Liability

Our liability to you for any cause will be limited to the lesser of the amount you paid to us in the month prior to the claim, or €50.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your contributions, use of the Services, or breach of these Legal Terms.

We perform routine backups but are not liable for any loss or corruption of data you transmit through the Services.

22. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy any legal writing requirement.

Unresolved complaints may be directed to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
